One night on Jasper Avenue in the summer of 1994, a group of mini-truck owners decided that they needed to start a club. After many names were brought up, it was decided that the club name would be DROPSICLES. After a couple days on the computer, the president came up with the club logo shown on this page. These five mini-truckers got club stickers made with their new logo, put them on their back windows and the club was created.
Since then the members of the club have attended many local shows and are usually a hit. Some members have even gone as far as Arizona and California for shows such as Resolutions, Spring Splash, and Endless Summer.
The club now consists of mini and full-size trucks, vans, and cars. A Chapter sprung up in Calgary, then Grande Prairie, Red Deer and Lethbridge. With a great bunch of hard core enthusiasts, the club will continue to thrive...
